After yesterday's awesome run, my legs were tight and sore this morning. I dragged my butt out of bed at 6 and headed to the gym. I did 5 easy miles on the treadmill. I think I'm going to do all my recovery and some easy runs on the TM. It forces me to slow down, which is what a recovery run is suppose to do. Anyway, now I've got to do some diff eq theory.

interesting: i find that i always pick up the pace on the tm and my "easy" pace on it is wayyy faster than my "easy" pace outside.
