Today ends the second week of training for PigTails! While I didn't hit my goal for the week due to another unplanned rest day (maybe I'll just start planning to take two days off) but still a very solid week.
This was also the first week of half/full marathon training for a group I'm coaching. Its a great group of runners (~25 total) and I'm looking forward to watching them grow over the next 15 weeks before their goal race in early May.

Wednesday: am: 7.25 miles (8:03) pm: 4.01 miles (9:32)
Thursday: 10 miles (8:12)
Friday: Unplanned Rest Day
Saturday: 12.6 miles (8:27)
Sunday: 20.27 miles (7:46)
Total: 64.13 (7:58)
