Its been too long since I posted. I'm still chasing that sub-3 marathon, but am taking an Ultra detour.
Here's week one of training for the Pigtails 100 Miler.
Monday: RD
Tuesday: 9.56 miles @ 8:22
Wednesday: am- 6 miles @ 6:34, pm- 5.91 miles @ 10:09
Thursday: 10 miles @ 8:52
Friday: URD
Saturday: 14.04 miles @ 8:07
Sunday: 16.5 miles @ 8:35
Total: 62.01 miles @ 8:27
Hopefully training for this race and coaching a half/full marathon training group will make posting a regular thing again.
